Be Bio Gravel, scheduled for May 21st and 22nd on the occasion of World Biodiversity Day, will be an opportunity for cycle travelers and two-wheel lovers to experience a sustainable weekend in contact with nature on their bikes, pedaling through the beautiful territory that develops in the best part of the "Giardino della Serenissima" from Treviso to the sea and the northern lagoon of Venice, to Lio Piccolo, an authentic treasure trove of biodiversity and one of the most valuable and important naturalistic hot-spots in Europe.

We will go to the discovery of a territory with truly special natural, landscape and historical characteristics.

We will see Treviso, historic city of water and mills, Storga Park, Villa Tiepolo in Carbonera, Goffredo Parise's House Museum and Fairy House, the Cyclist's Temple, Hemingway's places, the river parks of the Piave river , the Venice lagoon at Lio Piccolo, the historic Roman city of Altino, from which the Via Claudia Augusta started, the Sile river (the largest resurgence river in Europe) and much more!

A 2-day event, in bikepacking mode, that is bike and tent. It will be possible, thanks to the collaboration with Adria Bike Hotel, also a different type of accommodation.
The routes are 70% unpaved, suitable for gravel bikes and mountain bikes, but not suitable for racing and asphalt road bikes.
BE BIO is a self-sufficient bike ride event, not a race. Everyone is free to bike at their own pace and no classifications on arrival orders will be taken.

There will be two professional guides for the sole purpose of facilitating the development of the event.

The magic of the route, the fatigue, the gathering of the participants and the natural beauties encountered during the day will be the special ingredients of this 2 days cycling event.

PROGRAM:

- meeting point in Prato della Fiera (Treviso) on Saturday 21 May 2022 from 07:00;
- registration and delivery of materials;
- departure at 08:30;
- conclusion of the Fiera in Prato on Sunday 22 May 2022 at around 7:00 pm.

Participants are free to seek accommodation in the various structures on site (hotels, farmhouses, campsites).

The registration includes:
- organization and identification of refreshment points along the route;
- map (in A4 b / w format) with a brief description of the places and .gpx track;
- assistance from the Guides;
