The practice offered has its roots in Zen meditation so the approach will be gentle and will also include some work with the 5 elements.
In this journey you will be invited to listen to yourself and to the earthly and celestial energies. Through the knowledge of Taoism and Traditional Chinese Medicine you will have some understanding of the energetic qualities that live within us as well as in the Universe.

 

HANG is an innovative instrument that has its origins in an ancient philosophy like the Tibetan and gong bells. The frequencies wthin the vibrations will interact with you stimulating the water in your body. Through relaxation you can bring your concentration on the breath and on your own inner being.

The course is suitable for everyone, beginners and experts, from 14 years upwards.
