In this event you will combine the practice of Nordic Walking with moments dedicated to Yoga postures and meditation where you will listen to yourself and to the sound around you.
Two hours in which step by step, breath by breath, you will connect with that space within, you’ll become more aware of your own movements and presence thus redescovering a peaceful state in your body and mind.
The activity of walking with the use of two poles was already experienced in the '30s by the Scandinavian cross-country ski athletes during their summer training. This practice allows you to develop an action that involves a much greater number of muscles compared to just walking or running.
Yoga enables you to work with your whole body in harmony with your breath calming the mind and giving you a feeling of peace.
This event will allow you to beautifully combine the two practices thanks to the asanas proposed by the Yoga teacher Sara Conte and the exercises from the Nordic walking guides of La Piave Nordic Walking camminare con arteASD.
