Hatha Yoga is a discipline that acts on the physical plane, bringing a beneficial effect to the spine, improving elasticity, control and listening skills. At the same time the attention given to breath helps to give the body greater vigor and better overall health.
This lesson entitled Yoga for sport, will focus on asanas and breathing techniques specifically dedicated to runners and those who practice other sports, but accessible to everyone, even beginners. The instructor will adapt the practice to the level of individual participants.
